What are Customer Tags?

How to Apply a Customer Tag

  1. Click into a customer profile > Scroll to "Add Tags"

  2. Create a Tag or add an existing tags

    1. You can create a tag by typing the name of the tag, seeing if it exists, and if not, selecting the "Create Tag" button.

Segmenting Customers with Tags

Creating Segments

  1. Go to Customers > Messaging > Segments in the Vendora Porta

  2. Click "Create New Segment"

  3. Set conditions based on tags (e.g., "Has tag: VIP" AND "Has tag: Electronics Enthusiast")
