Update prices

Change prices one at a time from a product's page, or edit many at once from the Pricing list.

There are two ways to update prices in the Portal: edit many at once from the Pricing list, or open a single product for the full pricing picture.

Heads-up: Prices are managed per location. Before you edit anything, check the location dropdown in the top-right corner to make sure you're pricing the right store.

Edit many prices at once

  1. Go to Products → Pricing and stay on the Prices tab.

  2. Click Edit prices at the top right. The Price column becomes editable.

  3. Click into an item's price and type the new amount. The Margin column updates as you type, so you can see the effect right away.

  4. Click Save changes. The list exits edit mode and a success banner appears.

Edit one product's price

  1. Go to Products → Product Catalog and open the product (or click through from the Pricing list).

  2. Click the Pricing & Locations tab.

  3. Under Prices, click the Regular price field, type the new price, and click outside the field. The change saves automatically.

This page gives you the complete picture for a pricing decision (last cost, average cost, margin, and variant pricing) that the bulk list doesn't show.
