Pricing settings

Choose the cost basis for price suggestions, decide how automated repricing behaves, and keep shelf labels in sync.

Pricing settings control how Vendora suggests and applies prices across your catalog. Go to Products → Pricing and open the Settings tab. There's no save button; every change saves the moment you toggle or select it.

Cost basis

The starting point for every price suggestion. Choose Last unit, Avg unit, Last landed, or Avg landed cost.

Automation

Turn on Automation enabled to have Vendora react when costs change, then pick a Default automation mode:

  • Send to review: cost updates queue suggested price changes in the Price review tab for you to approve.

  • Auto-apply: the product's price updates automatically when its cost changes.

Auto-apply threshold is the safety net for auto-apply: if a suggested change jumps by more than this percentage (say, more than 10%), it isn't applied automatically. It goes to Price review instead, so a bad cost entry can't silently reprice your shelf.

Rounding strategies

Click + New strategy to control how suggested prices get rounded (for example, ending prices in .99).

Label printing

Turn on Auto-add to print list on price change and every item with a price change is added to your print list automatically, so you never forget to print new shelf labels.
